Early Pregnancy Ultrasound Options:
For pregnancies under 9 weeks, a transvaginal examination is recommended in line with NICE guidelines, offering superior detail during early pregnancy. Transabdominal examinations are also available; however, the quality may vary based on the gestational age of the pregnancy.
