Package Includes:
1. Pelvic Ultrasound: A comprehensive pelvic ultrasound will be performed to assess the pelvic organs, including the uterus and ovaries. This imaging procedure aids in evaluating any structural changes or abnormalities associated with menopause.
2. GP Consultation: You’ll receive a dedicated consultation with our general practitioner, providing an opportunity to discuss your menopausal symptoms, concerns, and overall health. Your GP will conduct a thorough assessment and review your medical history to develop a personalized care plan.
3. Blood Test:
- FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone): FSH levels are often elevated during menopause, indicating reduced ovarian function.
- Oestradiol (17-Beta): Oestradiol levels decrease during menopause, reflecting declining ovarian hormone production.
- TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone): Thyroid function can be affected by hormonal changes during menopause, necessitating assessment.
